Hardware
Two boxes. Both built to be dropped.
A sealed Tag for every pallet and one Hub for the truck. Spin them around, look inside, and see what is built today.

Our own CAD models. Drag to rotate, scroll to zoom.
Pallet Tag. Rides inside the crate stack. Senses, signs and stores.
* Real 3D models we designed ourselves.

Built for a hard life
Six things that let it survive a truck, a port and a monsoon.
IP67 sealed case
Silicone O-ring, cable gland and a breather vent that equalises pressure without letting water in.
IK08 impact rating
Rubber corner bumpers and a case wall thick enough for a dropped crate.
Conformal-coated board
Acrylic coating on the circuit board against condensation in a cold chain.
Solar lid
A 1.1 W panel on top charges the cell in daylight; a heat harvester adds a trickle from the cold-to-warm gradient.
Tamper switches
Lid magnet, light sensor and shock sensor. Opening the box is itself a signed reading.
Secure chip
The signing key is created inside the chip and cannot be read out, even with the board in hand.

Where we are, honestly
What is built, what is designed, and what is still to do.
- 3D-modelled enclosures (Tag and Hub)Designed by us in CAD
- Prototype node: sensors, signing, log, uploadBuilt and running
- Firmware: chain, checkpoints, signingBuilt and tested
- Schematics (KiCad, ERC checked)Done
- Ethylene cell and LoRa link on the truckDesigned, not yet built
- Field trial on a real cold-chain truckPlanned
